Day lenses and night lenses are for indoor wear .

Morning Afternoon (6am~7pm)
Wear day lenses when using electronic devices such as computers and cell phones indoors.

It is also advisable to wear it as you go about your daily life when under a white light indoors .

Wearing space:

  • When using electronic devices such as computers, cell phones, and TVs
  • Wear it in indoor spaces such as offices and cafes
  • When under a strong white fluorescent light
  • When driving at night


Evening (7pm~6am)
Ideally, you should wear night contact lenses from sunset until you go to bed and do not take them off, but this may not be feasible for everyone.

The method of use that can realistically maximize the effect is:

Complete all preparations for bed, such as eating, showering, washing your face, and brushing your teeth, 1 to 2 hours before going to sleep, and do not take off your glasses until you fall asleep.

 

Even brief exposure to light in small amounts can adversely affect melatonin secretion.

This is because light is non-linear and transmits information to the human body faster than anything else.


You should focus on using your glasses wisely rather than working hard !
