Exchange and Return Policy

When returning an item, you must pay the round-trip shipping cost. Additionally, issues involving malicious use of return regulations have frequently arisen recently, and returns are strictly inspected in accordance with the regulations.

Returns are possible within 7 days from the date you received the product (date of purchase), and the product must be in unused condition and include all components.

• In case of return, return request can be made at [Member Information-Order-View Order Details]. Non-member buyers can apply through the channel consultation service at the bottom right.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the orderer, and a refund is issued upon inspection when the product is received by logistics. (Refund lead time may vary depending on payment method.)
• In case of returns for multiple orders (more than one item), you must request a return and package it according to the number of orders before returning it (round-trip shipping cost of 10,000 won per product is charged).

※ Exchanges and returns are not possible in the following cases.
- When components are missing or product value is damaged
- If signs of wear are visible
- If damage occurs during delivery due to incorrect return packaging.
